The service we provide is confidential. Caseworkers visit our clients in their own homes, so discussions can take place in privacy.

If you wish to make an enquiry we need the following details: -

1. Your name (first name, surname)

2. Address including Post Code

3. Date of Birth

4. Reason for the Enquiry

A caseworker will contact you within a few days to talk to you about the enquiry. If you would like a home visit this will be arrange for a date within 3 weeks of your enquiry.
