The Annual General Meeting is held in September.
The Agency was awarded a quality mark by Foundations (umbrella body for Home Improvement Agencies) and ODPM in 2004.
The Agency is committed to being helpful and courteous to all those who use our services. We hope and intend that those who contact us will not have cause for complaint.
We offer a complaints procedure, open to anyone who contacts us or is affected
by our service, to ensure that any problems that do occur are dealt with
properly and fairly.
Care and Repair East Cambridgeshire Ltd was formed in 1995. It is part of a network of organisations called Home Improvement Agencies, that help vulnerable people, by organising repairs, adaptations and improvements to their homes. .
We are an Industrial and Provident Society set up under charitable Rules.
We work in Partnership with Local Government and the Local Primary Care Trust, but remain independent so we can represent our clients.
